The villa sleeps 7 in comfort and can accommodate an additional infant in a travel cot. We do not use sofa beds - all beds are comfortable, with full size pillows and duvets or bed covers. The triple bunk room is intended for children although any adults wishing to use it are welcome.

The accommodation includes:

- Large living area - with plenty of comfortable seating, TV, Video, PSII, DVD player, Hi-Fi, satellite (freeview) TV, large French doors opening directly onto the terrace with lovely views and outdoor dining table and chairs.

- Dining Area - with dining table and chairs

- Kitchen - equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, full size cooker with extractor, coffee maker, all utensils and crockery, large fridge

- Utility room - equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board

- Bedroom 1 - with king size bed, en-suite bathroom with corner bath, sink and toilet, walk-in wardrobe

- Bedroom 2 - twin beds, en-suite shower room, floor-ceiling built in wardrobes

- Bedroom 3 - triple bunk bed (double below, single above) TV, video and DVD player, en-suite shower room (note the en- suite shower rooms to bedroom 2 and 3 share the shower, but have separate shower rooms)

- Separate WC

- Air conditioning and electric heating throughout

- Double garage with electric door
