Lettings are from Saturday 4.01 p.m. to Saturday 10.00 a.m. local time . All prices are per week and include gas and water. Electricity is charged during the months of November to April inclusive at the rate of £20 per week.

Payment is accepted in sterling (or euros by arrangement). A deposit of 20% is required with your reservation and the final payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.

A final cleaning charge of E15/hour for 4 hours (E60) is payable locally and a security deposit of £150.00/week is required. The security deposit is returned following a satisfactory check-out, please see the booking conditions.

Linen and towels (but NOT pool towels) are included in the price. Additional linen is provided for a bed change for stays of over a week but please note there is no maid service.
